If you separate properly the external damaged glass from the LCD, then you replace only this passive element with few bucks only.

This machine is really simple but very useful, it simply have a controlled heater that heats regularly & smoothly a metal plate.

Using steps:
1- Flat the iPad lcd assembly up-down on this plate
2- Tight it with the four adjustable click-clack handles to ensure perfect touch
3- Adjust the MAXIMUM temperature with the three buttons on the front, it goes up to 350 degree, but for the phones, you should never go to this high, 90 is generally safe and enough, but you gonna guess the right temperature shortly by yourself
4- Wait a minute or two then the final touch will be yours by cutting the melt glue by the strong alloy Gold wire (included), you can simply use any two pencils, or you can use the supplied two small sticks for more comfort
That's it, the glass is separated from the LCD, one to two minutes and the total job is done, and you saved your nerves too :).
